Pipistrel To Be Acquired By Textron Aviation It appears that Textron Aviation is looking to get into the electric game. They are acquiring the Slovenian electric airframer Pipistrel. This will eventually go on to form Textron eAviation. Subject to regulatory approvals the closing of the acquisition should be finalized by the second quarter of 2022.
