  1. Speed Records Set By Tamarack -Modified King Air 350
    A Beechcraft King Air 350 that is equipped with a Tamarack's 'SMARTWING' set speed records between two point. The claims were submitted to the National Aeronautic Association and the European Federation Aeronautique International. The two city-pairs identified was non-stop from Spokane, WA to Orlando, FL and the second was established after departing this year's NBAA-BACE in Orlando and flying to Henderson, NV. The non-stop 2,032.8 nautical miles flight from Idaho to Orlando on October 16 took 7 hours and 46 minutes. The other flight (1,770 nautical miles) which went west to Henderson, Nevada with one stop lasted 8 hours and 8 minutes flying against the wind and icing conditions.
