Supernal Exhibiting SA-1 eVTOL Cabin Mockup At NBAA-BACE Supernal is a subsidiary of Hyundai and serves as their avenue to get into the competitive eVTOL space. Supernal is developing a 5-seat eVTOL called SA-1 but it isn't expected to come on stream until around 2028. However, the electric aircraft will be using a very advanced flight deck system from Honeywell. Honeywell announced the Anthem integrated Flight Deck last year and it is heavily based on an 'Always-on' Cloud-based system. The advantages of this is that it allows less work for the eVTOL pilot and is a path towards autonomous flight with this platform. Anthem will allow pilots to share data via the internet and also to access software while online inflight.
