  1. Little Rock Dassault Facility Using Continuous SAF For Customer-Bound Aircraft
For the environmentally conscious, Dassault's recent announcement at the end of March regarding its Little Rock Arkansas location will be pleasing. Dassault announced that it is providing Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) for all Falcon customer acceptance and departure flights from the facility. Dassault has now accepted continuous supply of SAF at its completions location in Little Rock. The Little Rock plant is supplied with SAF by Avfuel Corporation and refined by Neste, the leading fuel supplier and SAF producer, respectively, in the industry.
  2. All of Dassault Falcon jets presently can utilize SAF in blends of up to 50%. The in-development Falcon 10X will be able to use 100% SAF when it comes into service in 2025. SAF offers carbon emission reductions of 80 to 90% compared to conventional jet fuel when used in its concentrated form. Although the business aviation industry accounts for just a tiny proportion (0.04%) of worldwide CO2 emissions, it is helping lead the way in decarbonization, aiming for net zero emissions by 2050. SAF is currently the most promising contribution to meet this target.
