Hawker Beechcraft Global Customer Support (GCS) today announced a new order for its Hawker 400XPR. JoinJet, the Nordic charter and aircraft management company, is following yesterday’s agreement to purchase a Hawker 4000 with an order for a Hawker 400XPR as it seeks to expand its charters services. Bombardier Nets Global Business Aircraft Order
Bombardier Aerospace announced today that it has received firm orders for a total of eight Global business aircraft from an undisclosed customer. The orders consist of three Global 6000 and five Global 8000 jets. The transaction is valued at approximately $507 million US based on the 2012 list price for typically equipped aircraft.

Maiden flight of the new Diesel DA52 from Diamond Aircraft
The DA52 is the newest twin engine airplane from Diamond Aircraft powered by two Austro Engine 180 hp turbo-diesel engines, AE300E. The maiden flight was performed by Christian Dries (Chairman) and Ingmar Mayerbuch (Head of Flight Test).
Our DA52 is designed to carry up to seven people. At 02:30 local time Wiener Neustadt take off was performed with a gross weight of 1,780 kg. Excel Sport-Jet II Aircraft Taking Shape
With the fuselage almost complete and the wing components arriving within a few weeks, the Sport-Jet II is coming together as expected. The new aircraft will now have its wings and horizontal tail constructed out of aluminum providing a simpler build process for the kit builder. The wing is constructed using a CNC milled spar and hydro formed ribs giving the wing extremely tight tolerances from root to tip.
