News: Gulfstream G600 Enters Service In Europe

  1. Europe Welcomes Gulfstream G600 Into Service
    The Gulfstream G600 has officially entered service in Europe now. The customer of the of the first European EASA certified G600 has not been disclosed, Gulfstream only reveals the company is based in Europe. "We are glad our customers in Europe can now register their G600 on the continent and easily experience the advanced technology and cabin comfort of the aircraft," said Gulfstream president Mark Burns, noting positive feedback the company has received from the use of the aircraft’s Symmetry Flight Deck and cabin features. "With the latest range increase—the third for the G600—customers in Europe and around the world will get even more out of their aircraft."
  2. The G600 is now certificated in multiple countries and approval bodies including the EASA, FAA, Mexico, Isle of Man, Cayman Islands, San Marino et al. After a recently announced range boost, the G600 can now travel 6,600 nautical miles or 12,223 kilometers at its long-range cruise of Mach 0.85 and 5,600 nautical miles or 10,371 kilometers at its high-speed cruise of Mach 0.90. The G600 is part of a duo of new long-range executive jets from Gulfstream, the other is the G500. Gulfstream is also currently working on bringing to market their new to-be flagship, the G700 which is expected to enter service in 2022.
