Hello

Most aircraft use the above thrust settings for take-off and Lear has never published takeoff settings other than TO. Yes, I know the DEEC calculates it.

Has anyone ever been given other settings by Lear in order the extends the engine life?

Also, what best practices are you using to extend any aircraft parts? Ours only have between 10,000 and 16,000 hours and are already beat to death. Some aircraft like Dash-8 goes to 100,000 hours so I'm wondering what is the problem with ours?...

Hey there,
I'm new to this forum. I'm part of a group of engineering students exploring the possibilities of launching small rockets to place microsatellites into orbit, off of a modified Learjet. Are there a lot of pilots on this site, who might be able to help us get an idea of the performance and flightpath necessary to achieve that? Any help would be appreciated.
To start, we're trying to find the maximum safe upward climb angle, top speed and top altitude which could be managed...
