  1. Aero Friedrichshafen 2026: Business Aviation
The 2026 Aero Friedrichshafen show has grown significantly on the business aviation front. The show, which usually has a diverse offering and tends to have alot of General Aviation aircraft is growing with business aviation. One must note that the cancelation of the European Business Aviation Conference Exhibition earlier this month that was supposed to have come off in early June could have had a positive knock-on effect for the Aero Friedrichshafen. Before this news the show was already well subscribed.
  2. Aero Friedrichshafen 2026 kicks off on the 22nd of April and runs through to the 25th of the month. Many of the world's most notable airframers and manufacturers are present at this year's show and with some models that are debuting at the show for the first time.
  3. For example, American powerhouse Textron Aviation has aircraft on display on both sides of their offering -business jets and turboprop. These are in the form of the newest model, the Citation Ascend and the settled stablemate Longitude. Additionally, the rugged utility turboprop SkyCourier is also at the show on display. Canadian airframer Bombardier is at the show with an example of the Global 6500 long range jet. French manufacturer Dassault Falcon has the Falcon 6X . Cirrus is also there with the VisionJet and turboprop specialist Daher with their newest TBM iteration, the TBM980 single turboprop. Additionally they have the Kodiak 900 too.
  4. Business aviation companies will present their products and services not only in the Business Aviation Dome, but also in Hall A1. In addition, there will be joint stands from national associations such as the German Business Aviation Association (GBAA) – the main national partner of AERO and the AERO Business Aviation Show Hub – the Austrian Business Aviation Association (ABAA), the Air Charter Association (ACA), the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA), and many other partners. For the first time this year, there will be a free shuttle bus service from select hotels in the region to AERO. The buses will depart from Lindau, Ravensburg, and Überlingen in the morning for the trade show and return in the evening after the show closes. Interestingly there is some interest for collaboration in the future with the organizers of EBACE, the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA).
