  1. 2026 EBACE Changes
The European Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (EBACE) will take off in 2026 once again but with some changes made to the international show. Firstly, the dates of the show have been changed and instead of being in late May, they are now going to be in early June. Secondly, the layout for the static display will also be changed.
  2. “After carefully assessing the market, we are confident that holding EBACE26 from June 2 to 4, 2026, will offer a better experience for everyone involved,” said EBAA CEO Stefan Benz. Typically the show is held around May 27th and runs to the 29th but with Eid al-Adha set to be on May 27, 2026, this may have a negative effect on the attendance of Middle Eastern potential customers. It is possible this is one of the major reasons for pushing the show dates back. The change to June 2 to 4th also brings back a bit of familiarity as it relates to the show running from Tuesday through Thursday -which is a familiar traditional timing from the past-
  3. The layout has also changed as well. Last month the EBAA unveiled plans for a new layout and location for the EBACE static display. That new show area will encompass just over 430,000 sq ft of space and will be accessible from both airside and landside. Exhibitors on the day will have the ability to host clients in what has been termed “bespoke hospitality structures.”
  4. There is also going to be a reduction in exhibitor costs! This is always a major concern for exhibitors at major trade shows in different industries and it is no different in the superyacht and business aviation industries. Sometimes you can pay exorbitant fees to exhibit and generate very little business from it nullifying the justification for attending. According to EBAA, for aircraft going on static display, the pricing can be expected to be approximately one-fifth of rates that obtained at previous shows and will be closer to those for regional industry events than major international events. This is great news for static display exhibitors. The indoor exhibit pricing has been frozen at 2024 rates.
