Lear 45/75 Derated/Flex/reduced takeoff

    Hello

    Most aircraft use the above thrust settings for take-off and Lear has never published takeoff settings other than TO. Yes, I know the DEEC calculates it.

    Has anyone ever been given other settings by Lear in order the extends the engine life?

    Also, what best practices are you using to extend any aircraft parts? Ours only have between 10,000 and 16,000 hours and are already beat to death. Some aircraft like Dash-8 goes to 100,000 hours so I'm wondering what is the problem with ours?
